Welcome to the Pettitt's SuperValu Wexford Half Marathon & 10km. Wexford has proven itself over the years as Ireland’s record breaking course. In 2012 a Guinness world record was broken in retro running! Individually people have consistently got PB’s. In 2014: Half marathon 76% PB’ed and 10km 63% PB’ed. And 93% said they were likely to do a PB on the course. Wexford is a fast course...
Last year 1,500 people enjoyed the scenic and fast course. The half marathon participants run through the iconic gardens of Johnstown Castle. Half marathon also has pacers catering for 1.30/ 1.45 / 2hrs.
Wexford has proven itself a must do race for quality, friendliness and atmosphere. Parking is easy and the course has plenty of variety starting in the town and taking you around surrounding countryside.
In 2015 we aim to welcome 2,000 Participants to the start line. If you want to achieve your fastest time – come to Wexford Town!
We are continuously improving the event by putting into practice the feedback from participants. Click here to read 2014 participant survey results.
