Note: All walkers of the Pettitt’s SuperValu Wexford Half Marathon will now start at 8.30am (not 9.30am as previously stated)
Registration is now located in the Riverbank Hotel (across Wexford Town bridge) for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
There will be food available in the Riverbank Hotel for Athletes from 11am to 2pm. Prize giving is at 2.00pm in Riverbank Hotel.

Please note: These carparks are reserved for participants. If you have spectators coming to see you - we would request that they don't park in these areas.
Dublin traffic - Could you pls come down the R741 from Gorey. This will ease congestion going over Wexford bridge. (this means you avoid Enniscorthy and come via Ballyedmond)

Welcome. We are delighted to announce the inaugural Wexford Half Marathon & Relay run. Yes, it’s time to get those runners out of the wardrobe, gather your friends and prepare yourself for the challenge on the 19th of April 2009. The run course has been chosen to take you on a Scenic and Varied loop around Wexford Town and surrounds.
Walk or Run the Wexford Half Marathon. Training advice will be available to help you fulfil your goals. If you are unsure about entering as an individual Half Marathon participant - why not enter a relay team? There will also be a Kids Fun Run on the Quays to make it a complete family day out.
Wexford Half Marathon & Relay aim to create a Premium race that gives people an Experience to remember. There will be a seated Grandstand for spectators before the finishers Gantry which will result in a long finish line full of cheering people to welcome you home. Behind the Gantry the athletes will have a chill area. The bag pick-up pen will have a marquee nearby for changing clothes. Food is available directly across the road in the Centenary Stores. The Car park is an eight min walk away. The Marquee will also be utilised for Kids entertainment (which is laid on) after their Fun run. We expect a carnival atmosphere on the Quays of Wexford.
