The Kids Fun Run

Registration for the Kids fun run will take place near the Finish Gantry on the Quays.

A couple of things worth noting:

• Due to restrictions on the Quays this will be a short fun run (not a race). Pls note there are no prizes - it is a fun event.
• Under 8's will do 2 loops 400+ metres & over 8's will do 3 loops 600+ metres.

Adults are allowed and encouraged to run/ walk with the Kids along the Quays.

(should we be late in starting and in the unlikely event that the main runners appear coming towards the Finish you will be asked to step off the course)

To Take Part

Note: this is a free event. Start time is circa 10.30am (once main runners have cleared the Quays)

1) Adults must register the Kids near the finish Gantry (on the Quays). This includes signing a Waiver. (Please note: if the waiver is not signed the Kids can't enter the race)

2) Kids will be given a sticky number to identify themselves as being part of the race.

3) Registration will open at 9.15am closes at 10.15am on Sunday morning near the finish area on the Quays.

4) The Kids will finish under the Gantry. Please be available to pick them up straight away once finished. If one parent/ Guardian is running the main race pls ensure a second parent/ Guardian is present on the Quays to support/ mind the child once race is over.

Afterwards there will be entertainment on the Quays for families
(provided it's not pouring down rain....)
