PLEASE PRINT, SIGN AND BRING THIS WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION

Registration 2010

Registration for the Wexford Half Marathon & Relay will take place in The Riverbank Hotel, Ferrybank, Wexford Town:
On Friday 30th April from 5pm - 7pm, Saturday 1st May from 3pm - 7pm, Sunday 2nd May from 7am – 9.30am

Start Time for Walkers is 9.15am. Start time for Runners and Relay 10.15am

Numbers may be collected at registration by presenting this acceptance slip.

Problems or queries should be directed to the Help Desk at registration.

IF YOU CANNOT TAKE PART IN THE RACE:
If for any reason you do not take part in or complete the race your Timing Chip must be returned to:

IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN THE TIMING CHIP TO US YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REPLACEMENT COST OF €15

Use of IPod’s

Care should be taken if wearing an I-Pod or a similar electronic device, as you may not be able to hear the instructions of our stewards.

I understand that I enter the Wexford Half Marathon & Relay at my own risk and that neither Wexford Borough Council, Wexford County Council, Athletics Ireland, Ryano Event Management Ltd, or any of its employees, servants or agents), any sponsors, associate sponsors, or patrons, will be held responsible for any accident suffered or injury sustained by myself from any cause whatsoever, or for any property lost, damaged, mislaid or stolen, on the course, from my person or at the changing areas or at any place. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any of the foregoing to use photographs, films or recordings of the event for any legitimate purpose without payment of any royalty or fees to me. I agree to abide by all lawful instructions issued to me by An Garda Siochana or the stewards on the Course on the day.
Competitors who have not crossed onto the Quays from Paul St (site of the New Tourist Office) by 12.49pm (approx time) (this is 2hrs 30mins from START) will be stopped to allow the Dublin – Wexford train to pass. Your Absolute co-operation is required here. Anyone who does not obey the Stewards at this point in time will be immediately disqualified and no longer be considered part of the race.
